Melissa Dos Santos is the Egg Donor Program Director with Carrying Dreams, helping support donors and intended parents throughout their family-building journeys.

With 14 years of experience coordinating egg donor and intended parent cycles with top-rated fertility clinics across Canada, Melissa has built strong relationships with fertility clinics and a trusted network of third-party reproductive professionals, including lawyers, counsellors, and other specialists.

As a mom of two, with a deep personal connection to the world of egg donation, she brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every journey.

Melissa is familiar with Canadian and U.S. reimbursement and compensation guidelines and is passionate about continuing to expand Carrying Dreams\’ expertise, connections, and support across both countries.

She also speaks Portuguese, allowing her to connect with and support Portuguese-speaking families and donors.
